1. We require a full 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule any detailing service. Ex: if your detail is on July 2nd@ 10 am, we require that you give us a call/ text July 1st at or before 10 am.

2.  Failure to provide 24 hours advance notice of cancellation will result in a minimum charge of 25% of the service cost.

3. Elite Detailing reserves the right to charge additional fees for excessive Pet Hair Removal, Blood, or Very Unclean/Neglected Vehicles are subject to extra fees ranging from $20-$35, depending on the job.

4.  Same-day appointments that are canceled will incur a charge of 25% of the service cost.

5. Elite Detailing reserves the right to take full payment if a booking is canceled on the day without any agreement.

6. Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter or amend a booking time/date without penalty but will let the customer know.

1. Please be sure to call to schedule a mobile detail. DO NOT book online

2. Elite Detailing reserves the right to alter a booking or move a booking in accordance with weather conditions and/or equipment failure.

 

3. Please be present at your appointment at the appointed time scheduled.
